This week we decided to do something delicious and easy with some pork!
Ingredients:
3 lbs of bone in pork shoulder. We bought ours in chunks from the butcher.
1/2 lime juiced
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs minced onion
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp Adobo
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients except the pork in a bowl.
Dip each piece of pork in the marinade and put them in a ziplock.
Refrigerate overnight. Min 4 hours
When your ready to cook place the pork in your crockpot fat side up.
Set your temperature to low and cook for 5 hours.
