This morning my husband, the coffee king, decided to make his own Dalgona Coffee. If you are not familiar with dalgona coffee, it is a sweet south korean beverage made by whipping water, sugar and instant coffee, then poured over milk.
We didn't have any instant coffee except for our CBD coffee so Steve figured it would work just fine.
He used two packets of the CBD coffee or 2 tbs.
Then added 2 tbs hot water and 3 tbs of powdered erythritol.
Combine with a whisk for about 5 min or until stiff peaks form.
Pour the mixture over almond milk and some ice cubes.
This is when you want to take your picture!
Once you take your picture, mix the two layers before drinking it. Don't worry, it will still have some froth on the top!
